Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are sold NEW!

No returns or exchanges on bulk orders. Bulk orders are defined as quantities of six or more per product, not per color or size.

All returns must include a copy of your order receipt.

No returns or exchanges allowed on undergarments, tights, or clearance items. All clearance products begin with C-, example C-xx-xx. All other items may be exchanged or returned within 21 days from shipment date. Refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Returned and exchanged items must be in new unused condition with all tags attached. Dirty or worn shoes are not returnable. Please use a clean soft surface to try on shoes. Dance Outfitters reserves the right to refuse any returned item that in their judgment is not resale condition.

It is strongly recommended that customers insure returned packages as we can not guarantee receipt of returned packages. Please do not use shoe boxes as the shipping box. Damaged shoe boxes will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

For your convenience, exchanges and returns may be processed at the retail store location with a copy of the order receipt.

Shipping for exchanges is a flat fee of $6.00 for the first item and .35 for each additional item.
